’Reel Estate’ Launched

Reel Estate, the latest book by Mr. V. Sunil Kumar, Founder and Managing Director of Asset Homes, was officially released at the Sharjah International Book Fair on November 15 2025. The book was handed over by Mr. V K Mathews, Founder and Chairman of IBS Software Services, to actor and dancer Ms. Asha Sarath during a special function held at the venue.

Reel Estate marks Mr. V. Sunil Kumar’s sixth published work and is inspired by his widely followed online reel series. Mr. Sunil Kumar began posting reels in October last year with the intention of motivating emerging entrepreneurs. However, the content soon reached a far wider audience, winning appreciation from the general public for its variety of subjects, practical insights, and engaging presentation style. Several of the reels have crossed one to two lakh views, reflecting the strong audience connection they have built.

Speaking about the book, Mr. Sunil Kumar said that the overwhelming response – from new entrepreneurs to everyday audiences – encouraged him to expand the ideas from 20 selected reels into a book format. Reel Estate explores a diverse range of themes, including choosing the right business partners, technological shifts, the rise of senior living as a modern social phenomenon, the role of advertising, and even the portrayal of liquor barons in Malayalam cinema. The book is published by DC Books.

Mr. Sunil Kumar’s previous works include Build to Last, Co-housing Days, Myth and Reality, Qadar, and Susthira Nirmithikal (Sustainable Constructions), each reflecting his commitment to sharing knowledge, industry perspectives, and entrepreneurial wisdom with a wider community.
